What You’ll Do:

  • Connect with pre-qualified leads and understand their business needs
  • Present tailored solutions and deliver impactful sales pitches
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure conversions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding handover after closing deals

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales closing (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Confidence in handling client conversations and objections
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
