The Role

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager – Poland with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and solid knowledge of the local market.

The role is fully field-based and focused on business development through project opportunities, working closely with local partners and stakeholders.

The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing opportunities from early project awareness through to commercial follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Poland by leveraging personal network and market knowledge

Build and manage relationships with key local stakeholders, including partners, contractors, and distribution channels

Monitor the territory to identify upcoming projects and take ownership of opportunities from early stages

Support customers throughout the sales process by proposing suitable solutions from the companys portfolio

Collect and structure project information and coordinate with Head Office for quotations and pricing

Act as the main commercial point of contact, ensuring continuous follow-up and customer satisfaction

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a field sales or sales agent role, within a project-oriented environment

Strong understanding of project-based sales

Ability to independently generate and develop business opportunities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working in Poland on behalf of a foreign or international company is a strong advantage

Entrepreneurial mindset, reliability, and long-term orientation
