A prestigious international player in the retail sector, with a widespread presence both online and in over 1,850 stores across Europe. With an annual turnover of 4.1 billion and a team of approximately 18,000 employees, the company stands out for its wide product range, combining exclusive and premium brands with its own private label. With around 40 stores across Croatia and Slovenia, the company is continuing its expansion and organizational development. The role is based in the company's commercial branch in Zagreb, located just 10/15 minutes from the city center in a lively area known for its retail and shopping hubs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Operations Analyst to join the Finance department. This role involves comprehensive daily reporting and continuous monitoring across all key business areas including Sales, Stock, Purchasing, and Warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating complex reports while working with multiple ERP systems across Croatia and Slovenia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Reporting: Generate and maintain comprehensive daily reports covering sales performance, stock levels, purchasing activities, and warehouse operations
• Data Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze business metrics across all operational areas
• Report Creation & Maintenance: Design new reports and regularly update existing reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs
• Cross-System Integration: Work with two different ERP systems (Croatia and Slovenia) to extract and consolidate data for complex reporting requirements
• Manual Data Processing: Handle detailed manual data manipulation and validation processes
• Business Intelligence: Utilize BI tools and advanced Excel functions to create meaningful insights and dashboards
• Independent Analysis: Apply critical thinking and analytical reasoning to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Stakeholder Support: Provide analytical support to various departments and management teams

Required Qualifications

• English Language: Minimum B1 level proficiency
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant analytical or reporting experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Ability to work with multiple ERP systems
• Analytical Mindset: Strong capability for independent thinking and problem-solving
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in manual data processing and report generation
