The Company
A global industrial manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in the design and production of valves and actuators. With multiple plants in Italy and a growing U.S. presence, the company is expanding its commercial team in North America. This role will play a key part in strengthening our footprint in central and eastern U.S. markets.
What You Will Do
- Drive Sales Growth: Research and connect with new contacts, schedule meetings, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and onboard new customers across assigned states.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Brand Representation: Attend major industry trade shows and events to expand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the U.S. General Manager and international Sales Director to align strategies and initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Previous sales experience in valves & actuators or related fields such as mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
- Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience coordinating marketing activities with external agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting business relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel at least 90 days per year within the assigned region.
- Bachelors degree or strong technical background preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

What We Offer
- Location: near Erlanger, KY
- Compensation: $90,000 base salary + performance-based variable (MBO targets).
- Global Training: One-week technical and sales training in Italy during the first month.
