The Company

A global industrial manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in the design and production of valves and actuators. With multiple plants in Italy and a growing U.S. presence, the company is expanding its commercial team in North America. This role will play a key part in strengthening our footprint in central and eastern U.S. markets.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Research and connect with new contacts, schedule meetings, and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and onboard new customers across assigned states.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Attend major industry trade shows and events to expand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the U.S. General Manager and international Sales Director to align strategies and initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous sales experience in valves & actuators or related fields such as mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating marketing activities with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting business relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel at least 90 days per year within the assigned region.
  • Bachelors degree or strong technical background preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Compensation: $90,000 base salary + performance-based variable (MBO targets).
