With a growing international presence, the company is now entering a pivotal phase of scale-up, targeting 10M+ in ARR and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale the company's go-to-market and revenue operations. The ideal candidate comes from the SaaS world, understands how to scale a product from 7M to 50M+ ARR, and brings a methodical, metrics-driven approach to organizational growth.
Ideal Profile
- Senior executive with a proven track record scaling SaaS companies (e.g., from 7M to 50M+ ARR).
- Background in both enterprise software (e.g., Oracle) and high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Fluent in strategy, structure, and numbers not just execution.
- Hands-on experience in: i) Defining and executing go-to-market and commercial strategy; ii) Building and scaling revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS); iii) Organizational design and hiring for growth; iv) Providing product input (without owning product development).
- English: Fluent (mandatory). Italian and French: not required.
Location & Flexibility
- Preferably based in London, Paris, or Italy.
