Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership

  • Lead the PB&F cycles for the SNO function, including financial data collection for freight and warehousing, scenario modelling for network changes, and alignment with S&OP volume assumptions
  • Own and manage the SNO / Logistics CAPEX budget, validating business cases related to warehouse automation, transportation assets, and network infrastructure investments
  • Shape the Medium‑Term Plan (MTP) with a focus on Total Landed Cost and cash performance, co‑developing the roadmap for the target supply chain operating model (e.g. regional hubs, direct‑to‑customer)
  • Support supply chain innovation initiatives, partnering with Planning and Procurement to ensure service‑level costs remain within margin thresholds

  • Own and actively manage the BSI pipeline for the SNO category, ensuring local logistics teams identify and track productivity savings, with a targeted annual improvement of 3–4% through network optimization
  • Lead the identification of logistics cost‑saving opportunities across freight, handling, and duties through detailed analysis of key cost drivers
  • Develop and oversee logistics cost and KPI performance analysis (e.g. freight rates, storage density), producing regular reports for Supply Chain leadership
  • Set high standards for inventory management, providing insights on Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) and driving inventory reduction actions
  • Lead initiatives to improve working capital performance, with a strong focus on inventory (DIO) and network lead times, while managing and supporting the monthly SNO performance and project review process, including tracking major network transitions

Financial Process Management & Team Influence

  • Partner with SNO cluster leadership to co‑pilot financial performance and align production strategies with financial objectives, ensuring optimal cost absorption and conversion cost efficiency
  • Act as an influencing and coaching partner to ensure effective execution of core SNO finance processes, including logistics accruals, inventory valuation, and reporting and analysis
  • Manage SNO reporting and financial analysis, including data reconciliation, development of ad‑hoc network reports, and synthesis of results into management‑level insights
  • Identify and implement incremental process improvements across supply chain finance tools and systems, acting as a change agent to enhance data quality, transparency, and visibility
  • Ensure full financial integration within the S&OP / IBP process, translating volume and mix changes into P&L and cash flow impacts
  • Foster strong collaboration across the finance network (FP&A and regional teams), with active involvement in integrated business planning and year‑end processes
  • Ensure compliance with group policies related to logistics accounting, inventory treatment, and intercompany flows
