Our client is a long‑established Italian industrial company and one of Europe's leading manufacturers of brazing alloys.

We are seeking an Area Manager – Scandinavia, responsible for developing and managing commercial activities across Denmark, Southern Sweden, and Southern Norway, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial development across the Scandinavian market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, including customer visits, lead generation, pipeline development, and achievement of jointly defined sales targets.
  • Provide consultative sales support on brazing solutions, helping clients optimize purchasing timing.
  • Conduct technical discussions with customers; occasional joint visits with Italian technical specialists can be arranged when needed.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and business opportunities to support the company's growth in the region.
  • Work remotely with high autonomy, ensuring regular communication and reporting to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial drive with a proactive, dynamic approach.
  • Technical background preferred, ideally in engineering or with experience in metallurgy, brazing, welding, or metal joining technologies.
  • Understanding of brazing processes.
  • Ability to manage the territory independently and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Open to candidates with different seniority levels; compensation will be aligned with experience.
