Administrator/Project Management Assistant

About the role 

Our Sydney office is looking to appoint an Administrator/Project Manager Assistant. Reporting to the senior accounts/office manager you will be responsible for providing fleet management, office administration and project support and assisting the team to achieve QHSE targets.

Responsibilities

  • Support and undertake activities related to the delivery of projects including;
  • Format documents, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF.
  • Travel bookings and tracking
  • Photocopying, scanning and binding on behalf of engineers.
  • Assist the Geotechnical Team with sub-contractor coordination, management including tracking POs on behalf of the PMs;
  • Tracking of project deliverables against schedules.
  • Assist with the completion of project-related quality documentation.
  • Maintaining all CMW vehicles, including but not limited to organizing registrations, repairs, and services, record keeping, and updating registers.
  • Assist and support the Office Manager & team leaders in relation to quality and health and safety documentation.
  • Assist the Office Manager & HSE Rep with HSE auditing; and
  • Co-ordination of office events and meetings
  • Minute taking for the Office Manager and Project Managers
  • Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Office Manager

Qualification/Experience

  • No formal qualifications are needed for this role; however, a strong knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Experience or interest in Geotechnical Engineering is advantageous.
