Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor for a company in the Hospitality industry. The role is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, staff records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Support and supervise daily HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR procedures and operational improvements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Support workforce planning and staffing requirements.
- Assist in employee orientation and induction processes.
Employee Relations & Performance Support
- Support employee relations and handle staff concerns professionally.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Support performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
Training & Coordination
- Coordinate training schedules and employee development activities.
- Work closely with department supervisors and management teams.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives within hotel operations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports and workforce updates as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR information.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR supervision roles.
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
- Good understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and HR procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional attitude with strong confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
