An internationally recognized company is seeking skilled Mechanics to join our dynamic maintenance team. You will be working on state-of-the-art fire trucks and specialized emergency response vehicles, ensuring they remain in optimal condition and ready for action at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fire trucks and related emergency equipment.
 - 
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
 - 
Conduct inspections, servicing, and testing of systems, including pumps, engines, lighting, wiring, and hydraulics.
 - 
Keep accurate maintenance records and follow company and industry safety procedures.
 - 
Collaborate with the technical team to identify and implement improvements in vehicle performance.

Diploma or Trade Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field from an VETA is an added advantage
 - 
Minimum 2 years experience in heavy vehicle maintenance (experience with fire trucks, emergency vehicles, or specialized machinery is an added advantage).
 - 
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and/or vehicle electrical systems.
 - 
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
 -
