Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking results-driven Sales Executives for a company specializing in diesel generators, crankshafts, and intelligent industrial equipment in Dar es Salaam. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidates should have experience in equipment sales, especially generators or related industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for diesel generators and industrial equipment.
- Promote and sell generators, crankshafts, and related power solutions to corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Visit potential clients, industrial sites, workshops, and businesses to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement and follow-up.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through outdoor sales activities..
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment sales, generator sales, or related industrial products.
- Willingness to conduct outdoor and door-to-door sales activities.
- Strong ability to meet monthly sales targets.
- Good understanding of diesel generators and industrial equipment is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and close business deals effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.
- Ability to travel frequently for client visits and business development.
