Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals across diverse customer segments while promoting renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital channels.
- Conduct client consultations to assess energy needs and recommend solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or tracking systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in solar energy sales (mandatory).
- Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solar solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Existing network in commercial or residential energy markets (advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
