Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals across diverse customer segments while promoting renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess energy needs and recommend solar solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or tracking systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in solar energy sales (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solar solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Existing network in commercial or residential energy markets (advantage).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
