Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a qualified Electrician to support industrial maintenance operations within a mining project in Madagascar. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a demanding environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience and the ability to work efficiently under operational pressure. This opportunity is open to Tanzanian professionals willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Support plant operations by minimizing electrical downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Electrician with relevant technical qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Experience in mining environment is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work in demanding and high-pressure environments.
• Fluency in English or French.
• Willingness to relocate to Madagascar.
