The Property Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the commercial, financial, and strategic aspects of the companys real estate portfolio, including warehouses, land plots, and office spaces. The role combines asset management, business development, and marketing to maximize revenue, ensure operational efficiency, and drive international growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Financial Management

-Develop and manage commercial strategies to maximize rental income and asset value.
-Conduct financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and cash flow projections for property investments.
-Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for stakeholders.
-Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and sales transactions to optimize profitability.
-Monitor property performance metrics and implement cost optimization initiatives.
Business Development & Marketing

-Identify and pursue new tenants, investors, and partners for warehouses, plots, and offices.
-Develop marketing strategies to attract both local and international clients.
-Position properties competitively in the market through digital campaigns, broker networks, and international exhibitions.
-Build relationships with multinational corporations, logistics firms, and regional developers.
Asset & Portfolio Management

-Oversee day-to-day management of leased assets, ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements.
-Manage land banks and development plots to align with long-term business growth.
-Support expansion into new markets through feasibility studies and market entry strategies.
-Ensure sustainability initiatives and ESG standards are integrated into property management.
Strategic International Growth

-Research and analyze global market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
-Support international joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions.
-Adapt marketing strategies to different cultural, regulatory, and economic
environments.
-Represent the company in international property exhibitions, conferences, and industry networks.
