Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the Travel & Logistics industry. The role involves identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Promote and sell company services to individual and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update sales trackers.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and engagements.
- Support tender preparation and corporate proposals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Additional training in sales, customer service, or negotiation is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up).
- Ability to identify and approach potential clients.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
