Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the Travel & Logistics industry. The role involves identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Promote and sell company services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and update sales trackers.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and engagements.
  • Support tender preparation and corporate proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Additional training in sales, customer service, or negotiation is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up).
  • Ability to identify and approach potential clients.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
