Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse to join our team as a Site Medical Officer. The Nurse will provide medical care, occupational health support, and emergency response services at construction or industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite medical care and first aid to employees and contractors.

• Monitor and manage occupational health and safety concerns.

• Develop and maintain health records and reports.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate further medical care as needed.

• Conduct health assessments and wellness checks for employees.

• Liaise with management regarding workplace health policies and programs.

• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian healthcare regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Valid registration with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC)
• Minimum 3 years experience (construction or industrial site preferred)
• Knowledge of occupational health and emergency response
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
