Job Summary

CCNS Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative – Capital Markets & Brokerage for a company in the Financial Services industry. The role is responsible for driving client acquisition, managing investor relationships, promoting investment products, and supporting revenue growth across brokerage and capital markets services. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in capital markets, securities brokerage, investment products, and business development within the financial sector.

The company specializes in securities brokerage, investment advisory, fund management, corporate finance, and capital markets solutions in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new clients for brokerage and investment services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and individual investors.
  • Expand the company's market presence and client portfolio within capital markets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth initiatives.

Sales & Investment Product Promotion

  • Promote equities, bonds, investment funds, and other financial products to clients.
  • Advise clients on available investment opportunities and brokerage services.
  • Support execution of sales strategies for capital markets and investment products.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and investment product information.

Investor Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with investors and strategic clients.
  • Ensure high-quality client service and timely response to investor inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and client servicing.
  • Monitor market trends and provide updates relevant to client investment interests.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market developments, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and client activity updates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and client portfolio records.
  • Support management with market insights and business growth recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in capital markets, brokerage services, or investment advisory roles.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition and investor relationship management.
  • Experience selling equities, bonds, and investment products.
  • Strong business development and revenue growth capabilities.
  • Good understanding of capital markets and financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Professional, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
