Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives across Diversified Group units, including Real Estate, Paint, and Plastic Manufacturing. The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and supporting revenue generation across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies across all business units.
  • Lead marketing campaigns for real estate projects and manufacturing products.
  • Drive brand positioning and visibility for multiple business lines.
  • Oversee digital marketing, advertising, and content strategies.
  • Support sales teams with lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Conduct market research across different industries to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across business units.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across different functions.
  • Utilize AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance.
  • Track competitor activities across real estate and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, or diversified business groups preferred.
  • Strong experience in real estate and/or manufacturing (paint/plastic) sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-brand or group-level marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management.
  • Experience with AI tools and data-driven marketing is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Proven experience in brand building and growth marketing.
