Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent that meets organizational and client needs. This role requires strong sourcing skills, candidate management, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Client & Hiring Manager Support

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
  • Support clients in building employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Candidate Experience & Process Management

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Coordinate assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare regular hiring reports.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Contribute to HR projects related to onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and MS Office Suite.
