Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking professional and service-oriented Butlers for a luxury hotel in Zanzibar. The role is responsible for delivering personalized guest services, ensuring comfort, and creating memorable experiences through attention to detail and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized Butler services to guests, ensuring comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality experiences throughout their stay.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to rooms or villas, and explain hotel facilities, services, and room features professionally.
  • Assist guests with unpacking, packing, garment pressing, room setup, and personalized in-room arrangements when required.
  • Coordinate guest requests including dining reservations, transportation, excursions, spa bookings, and special occasions efficiently.
  • Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared according to individual guest preferences and luxury presentation standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively and provide prompt solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain close communication with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Handle VIP guests and confidential guest information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Monitor minibar, amenities, and room setup standards to ensure consistency and operational readiness.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and escalate operational issues to the Head Butler when necessary.
  • Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and luxury hospitality presentation standards at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel operational procedures, service standards, and guest privacy policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest service roles.
  • Proficiency in English communication is required.
  • High attention to detail and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Experience in butler service is an added advantage.
  • Candidates from the National College of Tourism (NCT) and other hospitality colleges or institutes are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who are proficient in more than one language (multilingual) will have an added advantage.
