General Operator (10 Positions)

Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking reliable and hardworking General Operators for a mining project in Madagascar. The role is responsible for supporting daily plant and operational activities, assisting equipment operators, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring smooth execution of routine operational tasks within the mining site. The ideal candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in demanding mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily mining and plant operational activities.

• Assist operators and technical teams with routine operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Handle loading, unloading, and movement of materials when required.
• Follow operational procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Support maintenance and shutdown activities when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or operational issues.
• Perform routine physical and manual tasks efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or practical experience in mining, plant operations, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in mining, industrial, construction, or related operational environments preferred.
• Ability to perform physical and manual operational tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work in remote and demanding site conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and hardworking attitude.
• French or English communication is required.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Madagascar.
