Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a blend of creativity, data analysis, and hands-on execution across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Social Media Management

Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.

Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and optimize content for growth.

Run paid social media campaigns and analyze performance.
3. Content Creation & Management

Produce high-quality digital content (graphics, videos, blogs, email copy).

Work with designers, videographers, and agencies where needed.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. SEO & SEM

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Plan and manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns.

Analyze keyword performance and competitor ranking.
5. Analytics & Reporting

Track, measure, and report on KPIs across digital channels.

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
6. Email & Automation

Develop email marketing campaigns and workflows.

Manage subscriber lists and A/B test email content.
7. Website & Landing Pages
- Update website content and coordinate with developers on improvements.

Create conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns.
8. Collaboration
- Align with Sales, HR, and Brand teams to ensure digital support for campaigns.

Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Technical Skills

Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn etc).

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
