Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our brand presence, marketing activities, and digital communication. The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, and overall brand strategy while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
This role requires a forward-thinking individual who can create impactful marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers, boost sales, and build brand loyalty.
- Enhance brand representation, including sourcing creative and functional branded products.
- Work with content creators, influencers, and partners in the advertising space.
- Plan and execute special events, media activities, and collaborations to generate brand buzz.
- Engage with local partners, communities, and CSR initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms and ensure proper brand representation.
- Prepare performance reports for marketing materials, campaigns, and sales trends.
- Create offers, promotions, and activations tailored to target customer demographics.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to align marketing with operations, menu changes, and staffing.
- Assist management in creating and managing the marketing budget.
Manage online platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, website, and Google pages. - Maintain relationships with external vendors for smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Develop creative campaigns and maintain a strong, consistent brand image.
- Communicate effectively with team members, media, customers, and vendors while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Remain flexible and adaptable in strategy and working hours based on business needs.
- Uphold a hardworking, dedicated, and forward-thinking work ethic to elevate the brand.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and social media management.
- Experience creating content (posters & videos) and using Canva/Adobe tools or any professional tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign creation, promotions, and creative communication.
- Ability to work with influencers, partners, and community groups.
- Ability to work with management to develop strategies and manage the marketing budget.
- Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Flexible, hardworking, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs and trends.
