Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking a fellowship-trained, TEE-certified Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and collaborative team at Desert Regional Medical Center. This unique position offers a balanced practice with dedicated cardiac anesthesia responsibilities complemented by general anesthesia coverage in a high-acuity environment, all while enjoying an exceptional lifestyle in Palm Springs.
Position Highlights
- 26 weeks of dedicated cardiac anesthesia coverage
- 18 weeks of general anesthesia coverage
- 24/7 cardiac call responsibility during assigned 26-week cardiac coverage blocks
- Collaborative MD/CRNA care team model
- Diverse and complex case mix in a high-acuity setting
- 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation of $800,000 per year
- Highly competitive 1099 compensation model

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology required
- TEE certified (or eligible)
- Eligible for or active California medical licensure
