Role Summary

Open for both Technical and Functional Profiles: (minimum of 14+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance experience with a strong finance background (but candidate will be reviewed according knowledge in D365) Functional - good knowledge of framework in D365, understand inner functional capabilities: understand all functional / finance concept of D365, execute workshops, business consultancy Technical: experience as a Functional Solution Architect or in a similar role, Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and cloud technologies. Certification in MB-310 / MB-700 / MB- 500

Roles & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and develop architecture roadmaps.
  • Lead the integration of multiple systems to create seamless business processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members in best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Execute workshops, including in-depth analysis sessions, in collaboration with a team of Business Consultants to refine and validate solution designs.
  • Collaborate with skilled Developers to ensure the solution design is thoroughly tested and meets the technical and functional requirements.
  • Engage in General Architect work, such as exploring emerging technologies, conducting Proof of Concepts, and participating in Product Advisory Board activities with partners like Microsoft and/or industry-specific leaders.
  • Offer internal guidance and support to colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in architectural best practices.
  • Maintaining daily ownership of customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in implementing scalable and secure solutions.

Educational qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science Engineering Specialization.


Work experience

  • Seeking a candidate with 14+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance experience with a strong finance background
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and proficiency in finance.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines and the capability to lead functional areas within projects.
  • Certification in MB-310 / MB-700.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and possesses a comprehensive solution overview.
  • Exceptional consulting and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving positive change for customers and their businesses, coupled with a willingness to travel both professionally and personally
  • Confident in abilities and can demonstrate this in front of the client
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment

Your Role

  • As a D365 F&O Technical resource you will be required to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for our clients.
  • This will include solution architecture, deployments, and delivery, as well as managing commercial and customer expectations as well as acting as project Application Lead for our team
