A growing pharmaceutical company seeks an experienced Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) leader to join its commercial operations team. This role optimizes sales performance, defines reporting systems, manages incentive computations, and analyzes territory deployment and KPIs to maximize commercial growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Define, recommend, and implement sales reporting systems and processes to enable timely identification of commercial growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales metrics, territory performance, and key performance indicators to deliver actionable recommendations to business leaders.
- Monitor and compute sales incentives accurately for management review and approval.
- Conceptualize, establish, and track sales team KPIs aligned with overall corporate business plans.
- Coordinate with third-party providers to supply essential operational tools, customer lists, historical sales data, and optimized itinerary routing for field teams.
- Assess territory deployment and target allocations regularly, recommending realignments to optimize coverage and productivity based on market dynamics.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft tools and software to develop robust data models, reporting dashboards, and analytics.
- Interact confidently with cross-functional managers and commercial leaders to present findings, align strategic priorities, and drive field execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI) and sales analytics systems.
- Strong grasp of sales metrics, KPI tracking, territory alignment, and incentive program computations.
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills, with confidence engaging managerial stakeholders.
- High degree of integrity, compliance commitment, and proven ability to manage or lead a team.
