Legal Counsel

• Ensure the Company's full compliance with legal and operational obligations by managing permits and licenses with relevant government authorities and confirming their validity and compliance with required conditions.
• Act as the Company's internal legal advisor, guiding management on legally sound decisions and safeguarding the Company's interests.
• Represent the Company in legal proceedings before courts and tribunals, including the preparation of legal documents and coordination of appropriate representation.
• Provide legal guidance on issues affecting the Company's operations, such as regulatory compliance, land and permitting matters, administrative support, and staff training.

• Passed the Bar Examination administered by the Supreme Court.
• Possesses at least 2 years of experience in handling documents related to permits, licenses, and agreement processes.
• Preferably has training or seminars on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the Philippine Labor Code, legal seminars and trainings, and national and local legal conventions.
• Knowledgeable of laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the mining industry (safety, environment, community relations, mining law, and others).
• Computer literacy is required



Location: Aroroy, Masbate

This is a site-based position. The work roster is four (4) weeks onsite followed by two (2) weeks off
