Job Description:

As an expert in Supply Chain Management (SCM) you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules for our clients. This role involves guiding project teams, ensuring best practices, and contributing to business development activities with the presales team.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals and requirements.
  • Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SCM best practices and Oracle Fusion configuration.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support business development activities, including pre-sales consulting, solution design, and effort estimation.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
  • At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and presales activities.
  • Extensive knowledge of SCM processes, including inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.

Work set up: Hybrid (3RTO, 2 WFH)

Work location: Makati City
