Content Program Management Lead

  • Own the program strategy and operating model for Optum Rx content—spanning thought leadership, direct marketing, digital/social and event/executive engagement—ensuring scalability, compliance, and measurable impact.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery across content managers, creative studio, campaign teams and compliance/legal; drive clear handoffs, SLAs, and RACI.
  • Establish planning rhythms (annual/quarterly roadmaps, editorial calendars, capacity plans) and run program ceremonies (intake, prioritization, stage‑gates, retros).
  • Create and enforce standards and governance: taxonomy, metadata, versioning, accessibility, compliance (HIPAA), and brand guidelines; steward approvals and audit trails.
  • Advance modern content operations with AI‑assisted workflows (briefs, outlines, variations, QC), while maintaining human review and Responsible AI guardrails.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and resourcing; coach and develop a small PMOs.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in content operations/program management or marketing operations at enterprise scale; healthcare/regulatory experience preferred.
  • Proven success building governance models (RACI, SLAs, stage‑gates) and leading cross‑functional delivery with creative, campaign, and product teams.
  • Fluency in content infrastructure (DAM/CMS, metadata/taxonomy) and compliance/brand standards within Optum/Optum Rx contexts.
  • Practical experience with AI in content ops and Responsible AI practices (guardrails, human oversight).
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence; comfortable with KPI dashboards and business reviews.
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile/Lean, DAM) a plus.
