Summary:

A leading travel accessories brand is seeking an Online Executive under Sales and Marketing to manage day-to-day operations across major Philippine e-commerce platforms. This role supports marketplace performance, order fulfillment, and digital marketing initiatives while working closely with the E-Commerce Manager and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Order Management

  • Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stockouts or overselling.
  • Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Handle order-related concerns such as cancellations, returns, and refunds, or escalate as needed.
  • Update listings for promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.

Content & Merchandising Optimization

  • Optimize product listings using marketplace SEO best practices.
  • Manage and upload product images in line with platform standards.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and listings to maintain competitiveness.
  • Support catalog refreshes and merchandising updates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Track key marketplace metrics such as seller ratings, fulfillment performance, and return rates.
  • Provide insights to support stock planning, promotions, and marketing decisions.

Support for Digital Marketing & Social Channels

  • Coordinate with third-party marketing or creative agencies for content and campaign execution.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media and online campaigns.
  • Support cross-channel e-commerce and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing online marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) in the Philippines.
  • Solid understanding of marketplace seller tools, promotions, shipping, and returns.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Basic sales analytics and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media campaign execution.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced retail e-commerce environment.
  • Shopify knowledge is a plus!

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
