Regional CSM Leader – Philippines (Manila)
High Level Job Description:
Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:
- Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Philippines and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
- Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
- Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for the company's SaaS products / services.
Example of SaaS Requirements:
- POS (Point-of-Sale) Systems – cloud POS for multi-branch retail
- Omnichannel Commerce Platforms – online + offline integration
- Inventory & Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Retail ERP Systems
- CRM & Loyalty Platforms
- Workforce Management / Scheduling SaaS
- Retail Analytics & BI Platforms
- SAP
- Oracle
- Work with company's Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
- Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
- Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
Experience and Skills:
- An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:
- Align with customers and the company to create a joint vision of the future
- Empathy with customer.
- Be consistent and detail oriented
- University Degree with at least 8 to 12 years of sales/consulting experience.
- Creativity in solving complex problems.
- Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment
- Work Set-up: WFH but needs travel and client visit
Schedule: Day-shift
Locations: Metro Manila (candidate must be residing inside the metro or nearby provinces only)
