Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage written content in American English copywriting standards for traditional and digital marketing channels—including websites, social media, video scripts, and email campaigns—ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Develop engaging messaging that drives interaction and connection across web and social platforms.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences (print, web, social) in alignment with key messaging and brand voice.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and storytelling by applying brand and style guidelines across all communications.
  • Produce persuasive content marketing materials that build awareness, support ministry priorities, and inspire action.
  • Identify strategic content opportunities and contribute to editorial planning that supports organizational goals
  • Repurpose and optimize content for multiple channels, ensuring adaptability and maximum reach.
  • Collaborate on creative enhancements—such as headlines, calls-to-action, and visual integration—to elevate storytelling and audience engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • 3 years of experience in Creative Services, Marketing or Communications (required)
  • Strong knowledge of American English copywriting standards, including grammar, tone, style, and cultural nuances to ensure content resonates with U.S. audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to stakeholder needs and brand voice.
  • Expertise in writing and editing for print, web, email, and social media with a strong understanding of storytelling principles.
  • Deep knowledge of platform-specific best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize engagement.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and creative tools: Facebook, Google, Adobe, Airtable, Mapline, QR Code Generator, Moz, Workfront, Canva, DropBox, Teads, and Search console


Shift: Night Shift with flexibility

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid, with a required 3-month onsite training period
