About the job Oracle Functional EPM Manager
Summary:
One of the Big Four auditing firms, providing industry-leading financial services, is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Manager to lead and oversee multiple Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects and delivery teams. This role provides strategic direction across implementations, manages client relationships, drives delivery excellence, and actively supports business development and presales efforts. The ideal candidate brings deep EPM expertise, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to deliver complex programs successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple Oracle EPM projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for EPM solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM implementations.
- Provide functional leadership across Oracle EPM modules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with Oracle best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support business development and presales initiatives, including solution strategy, proposal development, and effort estimation.
- Manage resources effectively, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide ongoing leadership support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM applications.
- Completed at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation projects.
- Proven experience in people management and leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving business development and presales activities.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities effectively.
