Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning both Finance and Actuarial teams.

  • Work closely with Finance Operations to develop a strong understanding of current processes and uncover opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of end-to-end workflows, delivering informed recommendations and contributing to solution design through effective stakeholder consultation.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently with senior leadership teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or digital innovation within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to insurance (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT, OCR, and Blockchain).
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Hybrid (3x onsite 2x WFH)

1pm-10pm (must be flexible to shifting schedule)
