Role Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring maximum operational efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), automation systems, and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a scientific and engineering background specializing in mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance and will lead a team to achieve preventive and corrective maintenance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintenance Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance of machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.

· Technical Support: Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems (including PLCs and automation controls) and implement preventive and corrective actions.

· Automation & Control: Program, modify, and maintain PLC and HMI systems to optimize equipment performance and support automation projects.

· Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance teams, develop technical competencies, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

· Documentation & Compliance: Maintain maintenance records, prepare performance reports, and ensure adherence to ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering/Textile Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field

· 5 to 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production leadership role, preferably from a textile and semiconductor company.

· Strong background in nonwoven, textile, polymer film, or technical materials is a must

· Hands-on experience with PLC systems, electromechanical equipment, HVAC systems, and automated production machinery.

· Demonstrated success leading production teams in a scaling or fast-growing environment

· Proficient in manufacturing metrics, lean methodologies, and structured problem-solving

· Comfortable with data-driven decision making and hands-on floor management

· Electrospinning and Nano-Membrane Specialized Expertise

· Production Process Management Capability

· Leadership and Team Management Capabilities

· Recognition of Experience in Similar Fields
