Internal Audit Head

The Internal Audit Head oversees the planning, supervision, and overall management of the Audit Department. He or she is also tasked with developing and carrying out the audit plan in alignment with the Boards strategic direction. The role includes recommending enhancements to key operational, financial, and IT processes and controls, helping identify and document current internal controls, and setting up a monitoring system to review the company's adherence to these controls.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate of any accounting, business, finance or economics course with technical proficiency on the conduct of internal audit.

2. Must have at least 5 years experience in the regular audit of a Thrift Bank (TB) as auditor-in-charge, senior auditor or audit manager.

3.Minimum of three (3) years of audit experience in a Big Four Audit Firm, specifically within the banking sector.

4. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
