High Level Job Description:
Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:
- Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Philippines and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers.
- Work with Enterprise class customers.
Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities. - Drive Revenue, Collection, Adoption, Expansions, Retention, Transformation outcomes.
- Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for company's SaaS products / services.
- Work with cpmpany's Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
- Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
- Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to track value realization, ROI, and roadmap alignment.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships (CXOs, CIOs, COOs, Heads of Retail/IT) to drive long term strategic partnerships
- Own customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy across the full customer life-cycle.
Experience and Skills:
An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:
- Align with customers and the company to create a joint vision of the future
- Has 20 years sales and account management experience in complex software solutions sales like ERP Software.
- Experience driving value sales, renewals, adoption, and value realization in a subscription or enterprise software model.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, ERP, and enterprise platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven expertise in working with Senior Leadership CXO team of Enterprise class customers. - Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
- Empathy with customer.
- Be consistent and detail oriented
- University Degree with at least 20 years of sales/consulting experience.
- Creativity in solving complex problems.
Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment
- Work Set-up: WFH but needs travel and client visit
Schedule: Day-shift
Locations: Metro Manila (candidate must be residing inside the metro or nearby provinces only)
