About the job Training Specialist

Summary
The position is responsible for building the competencies in field managers, primarily for Manila and Luzon through designing, developing and conducting/delivering standard leader development programs as well as branch requests for customized leader training sessions.

Major Accountabilities

  • Designs and delivers in-house leader development programs to field managers
  • Cascades key initiatives related to leader training in various training platforms
  • Collaborates with Agency Management Team for the design and delivery of customized learning sessions to field managers
  • Collaborates with other business units in Distribution that will support leader training and development programs and initiatives
  • Updated with training trends and techniques and apply these to the training programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree any courses
  • Must have at least 3-4 years solid leader training experience preferably in the life insurance industry
  • Must be knowledgeable in agency leader training
  • Must have a basic working knowledge in program design
  • Must have above average platform skills
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
