About the job Copywriter

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling, brand‑aligned copy for multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, SMS, direct mail, and event materials.
  • Write and edit content for thought leadership assets (white papers, blogs, webinars), executive communications, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, content managers, and campaign leads to ensure messaging consistency across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences.
  • Adapt complex healthcare and product information into clear, engaging language for diverse audiences while maintaining compliance and accessibility standards.
  • Support AI‑enabled workflows for drafting and optimization, applying human review for accuracy, tone, and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain company Rx brand voice and style guidelines across all content; contribute to updates and refinements.
  • Participate in content QA and approval processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance (HIPAA, fair balance), and readability.
  • Assist in performance reviews of content (engagement metrics, A/B test results) and incorporate insights into future copy.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in copywriting or content development within marketing, advertising, or healthcare in English.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to write for digital, social, email, and print channels.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, compliance requirements, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and using content management systems; knowledge of AI tools for content creation preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
