Key Responsibilities
Integration Framework Management
- Maintain and enhance the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the merger integration framework.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external SMEs to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Leverage market research and industry resources to stay current.
- Keep an eye on competition such that we are consistently ahead.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to express the value of AFFIrM (A Forward-Focused Integration Methodology).
- Ability to simplify complex M&A concepts.
- Collect and collate the artifacts from engagements.
Technology Solution Support
- Provide operational and sales support for the integration technology platform by partnering with the Product Owner.
- Assist in preparing go-to-market documentation, presentations, call-down lists and reports that demonstrate the value of the solution to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Assist in the research for blogs, articles, podcasts, and other marketing activities to showcase the technology platform as best-in-class
Data and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and validate data related to integration engagements to ensure accuracy and reliability of client billing and invoicing.
- Provide sales ops and rev ops support so reporting is consistent and timely.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Merger Integration Lead, Product Owner, sales teams, and Partner resources to align and
manage key activities in support of the technology platform. - Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain the check-in schedule with our technology platform Partner, and prepare quarterly reports in support
of those meetings.
Qualifications:
- Is a wizard at maintain strong operational excellence by (a) being motivated to create best practices every
day, (b) running projects and deadlines with precision, (c) establishing reasonable and rational norms, and (d)
deliver a smile and influence that meets outcomes defined by the Merger Integration Lead - Is able to showcase customer testimonials or use cases of who loved his/her work
- Can talk-the-talk of the banking business model notably with credit union nuances with customers
- Participated in or been around an M&A transaction
