Summary:
A growing non-profit US healthcare organization is seeking a Business Support Lead to provide administrative and strategic support to the General Manager and Manila Key Leaders. This role ensures seamless daily operations through effective management of executive priorities, complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and confidential matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives' complex calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of key meetings.
- Handle appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, executive briefings, and board presentations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up action items for leadership meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Oversee office operations and administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for business events, conferences, and external engagements.
- Provide administrative and business support to leadership as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Graduate of a top-tier school with strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Demonstrated management trainee qualities and ability to grow into expanded roles.
- Experience in events management, including hosting.
- Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Work Setup: Full Onsite first 3 months (training), then hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Shifting following EST (depending on business needs)
