Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the creation and management of content assets for traditional and digital marketing channels.

- Direct the development of interactive digital elements that drive engagement across platforms.

- Supervise and review written and visual content to maintain consistency with key messaging and style standards.

- Ensure all communication adheres to brand standards and enforce compliance across creative outputs.

- Guide the production of compelling content marketing materials that support ministry priorities.

- Identify high-impact content opportunities and set strategic priorities.

- Champion a holistic approach to content strategy, leveraging all media formats.

- Provide leadership in advanced production techniques to enhance audience engagement.

Must Haves

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience with digital strategy and execution for large companies.

- 4+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications within a shared services environment.

- Experience as a Marketing & Communications Lead in a Global Business Services environment.

Preferred

- Experience leading large teams and multiple levels of leaders.
