About the job Liaison Officer
Job Description
- Act as the Company's representative to ensure effective coordination between various government agencies, private entities, and other offices
- Responsible for coordinating with government offices in securing necessary permits and/or licenses
- Perform administrative support, messengerial and other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior, e.g., office cleanliness and orderliness, etc.
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Experience in a Liaison Officer role or handling government transactions
- Knowledgeable in processing permits, licenses, and other government requirements
- Proficient in basic office computer applications and software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Flexible - can work under pressure and within a limited or short timeframe
- Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Attentive to details
- Handles suggestions, corrections, rejections positively
- High degree of confidentiality
Work Setup: Full onsite, Monday to Saturday, half-day schedule during Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 NN)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday
Location: BGC, Taguig City
