CATEGORY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (Healthcare Supply Chain)
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting category management and related programs
• Oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting to guide sourcing strategy
• Ensure contract accuracy and data integrity in ERP/category systems
• Serve as escalation point for complex data and supplier issues
• Partner cross-functionally to support sourcing, RFPs, and contract renewals
• Drive cost savings, benchmarking, and optimization initiatives
• Establish data governance and improve processes/workflows
• Support capital planning and equipment lifecycle management

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3 years' experience in supply chain operations or GPO operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
• 3 years direct leadership experience

Preferred:

• CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred
• Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, CHL)

Setup: Night-shift / Hybrid after 3months onsite
