Job Descriptions
- Responsible for end-to-end management and continuous improvement of recruitment operations, including case triage and resolution, complex query handling and escalations, confidential checks and global reporting. Oversees reporting, dashboards and process analytics, supports training and upskilling of team members, and partners with HR and Recruitment stakeholders to drive process efficiency, resource optimization and adherence to global standards
- Triage incoming tickets in ServiceNow and allocate tasks to Administrators and Coordinators
- Liaise with our background check vendor (HireRight) for new hire screenings
- Partner closely with local Recruiters across APAC, EMEA and the Americas
- Contribute to recruitment process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3-5yrs of HR Admin experience in a global shared service company
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in using ServiceNow (as a processor), ATS (Workday, Taleo, viRecruit etc)
- With case management experience
