SAP Technical Architect

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Architect with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development and a strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO) module architecture. This role will be central to designing and supporting scalable, future-ready SAP solutions, particularly in preparation for and during the transition to SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business strategy.

What You Will Do

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for SAP Finance (FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Tax, AP/AR), SAP Supply Chain, and related applications.

• Design integration strategies across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring interoperability, data consistency, and performance.

• Lead ABAP development and support RICEFW controls across the SAP landscape.

• Contribute to defining the future-state architecture to support S/4HANA readiness and adoption.

• Assess the current SAP ECC architecture and identify modernization and migration pathways.

• Lead technical assessments, discovery phases, and S/4HANA migration planning.

• Evaluate custom code impacts and define simplification/clean-up strategies.

• Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), sandbox activities, and both brownfield and greenfield implementations.

• Collaborate with BASIS and infrastructure teams to ensure system readiness and performance.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and manage end-to-end delivery.

• Act as an escalation point for complex SAP Finance technical and performance issues.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements for SAP Finance solutions.
