Business Consultant

Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Requirements Analysis

• Engage enterprise clients to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.

• Conduct needs assessments to define required customizations and essential solution features.

Solution Configuration & Customization

• Configure the Unified Commerce Solution, including POS, CRM, promotions, Order Management, Product Management, and marketplace integrations.

• Collaborate with development teams to address system gaps and deliver tailored enhancements.

Training & Support

• Deliver training programs to ensure effective solution adoption.

• Provide ongoing stakeholder support and resolve technical queries during and post-implementation.

Project Coordination

• Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned tasks.

• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and align deliverables with client expectations.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain implementation documentation and provide regular status reports.

• Communicate client feedback and improvement opportunities to product and development team

Qualifications:

- We are looking for someone with a strong e-commerce systems understanding with excellent customer management skills.
- POS configuration & implementation, Product Management/Project Management, Support
- Retail/Ecommerce domain
- Good communication. Client facing

Location: Manila

Work set-up: remote (must be open to onsite work during client-facing engagements)
