About the job Executive/Sales Managers
The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of salespeople, implementing and overseeing sales operations and strategies to promote ALCO Products, and achieving the team and cluster's sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Hiring, training, and mentoring real estate salespeople.
Setting sales goals and providing guidance to help salespeople meet the cluster and division's overall targets.
Conducting regular meetings with salespeople to track progress, discuss challenges, and provide guidance for professional development.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
Working closely with the Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Operations Director, and Sales Operations Head in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
Analyzing market trends and competition to adjust sales approaches.
Assisting and working closely with other leaders in identifying and targeting new market segments.
3. Sales Performance Management:
Regularly monitoring the performance of the sales team members, reviewing individual agent performance, and conducting coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback.
Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to identify salespeople's areas for improvement and growth.
Assisting complex client negotiations when needed, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications:
A PRC licensed Real Estate Broker preferred, but not required
With active PRC Real Estate Salesperson certification is required
With active DHSUD Salesperson Certificate of Registration is required
With at least 3 years of experience in managing a Sales Team (in the real estate industry, preferred but not required)
