About the Role

You will operate as an extension of the Executive Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we scale, evolve, and lead our people and operations in Cebu.

Responsibilities:

People, Culture & Workplace Experience

  • Be the visible, respected face of the office trusted by staff, leaders, and clients.
  • Ensure an optimal working environment (no broken chairs, outdated posters, or disengagement).
  • Lead cultural change initiatives with measurable results.
  • Align employee engagement with performance, ownership, and accountability.

Operations & Performance Management

  • Act as the strategic operational partner to the Executive Team.
  • Use real-time data, metrics, and modelling to influence and support decision-making.
  • Align rewards with performance outcomes; implement robust performance management frameworks.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

  •  Represent people and operational insights confidently in EXCOM discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external clients.
  • Advise and influence senior leadership with clarity, insight, and empathy.

AI, Tech, and Transformation

  •  Drive adoption of AI and enabling technologies to streamline people processes.
  • Champion change management and digital optimization efforts across teams.

Qualifications:

  •  A seasoned HR Business Partner or senior operations leader with at least 10 years of experience in strategic HR and/or business operations.
  • Strong background in performance, culture, and people data - youre the go-to person for numbers, metrics, and workforce ROI.
  • Engaging and approachable personality with a quiet strengthable to lead without shouting.
  • Skilled at navigating complex org structures and managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experienced in building culture and driving change in fast-scaling environments.
  • Willing and able to work onsite in Cebu most days. Youre hands-on and in the thick of things.
  • Exposure to Australia or AU markets is a plus but not a requirement.
