Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

· Work closely with National Key Accounts Department and station sales to develop key accounts and expand stores.

· Strengthen dealer monitoring through close communication with dealer sales representatives, especially minimize OS situations and improve displays in the supermarkets.

· Collaborate with dealers to support and monitor the development of the HORECA channel.

Minimum requirements

· College Graduate

· Can drive and w/valid License Driver

· At least 5 years of sales experience, and at least 3 years of experience in MT channel sales

· Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)

· Good oral and written communication

· Logical thinking

· Creative Problem Solving

· Negotiation skill

Preferably:

· Have experience in Key Accounts

· Have experience in handling Modern Trade

· From FMCG industry is a plus
